Dr. Mazen Hakki – Chief Executive Officer
Civil Engineer, graduated in 1975 holding a PHD and MBA degrees in 1979 from Paris universities and management institutes.
He has focused during his long carrier on sophisticated buildings project management. Between, 1980 to 1986 he participated in two major turnkey hospital projects constructed in the UAE and KSA (220 beds in Fujairah, 600 beds in Makkah).
Since 1986 he established four construction companies, the latest one being Compass Contracting in the field of high end sophisticated buildings.
These companies have built a huge number of hotels, banks, commercial centers and offices among other types of construction.
His long continuous residence in Saudi Arabia has enabled him to create an important network of relations in the field of construction, added to his understanding of Saudi construction conditions and of the best international standards.
Eng. Qais Sharabe – Projects Manager
Holds a Bachelor Degree in Construction Management, Eng. Qais Sharabe has been working in hospitality, fine dining restaurants and fit out projects for almost two decades in various construction companies and at many levels.
In his current position, he monitors and oversees the projects management processes and the key indicators which measure the success of the company projects. Motivated with extensive expertise in FF&E to achieve the success in meeting with the client’s contractual & quality requirements.
Arch. Mohammad Zameeruddin Imran – Technical Manager
An architect with 14 years of experience in technical management of construction projects. Mr. Mohammad Z. Imran is leading our team of architects, engineers & draftsmen. He is responsible for all technical coordination with the clients, consultants, project managers, suppliers and manufacturers.
Eng. Mario Cabunoc – Site Manager
Civil Engineer with more than 3 decades of experience in the field of construction and management.
His current position as a Site manager has consisted in a long experience of handing over turnkey projects from hotels, luxury boutiques and high end residential buildings.
Mr. Mohammad Al Hourani – Accounts & Administration Manager
Holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and has been working with Saf Innovative since the initial years of the company. He manages company accounts and administration, from day to day accounts duties, corporate accounts & banking services, zakat & VAT, government relations up to general administration and human resources.
Mr. Raghunadh Kanakazhi – Purchasing Manager
Holds a Bsc.in Commerce and he has carved a long experience in purchasing in the construction industry with various prestigious companies both worldwide and locally in Saudi Arabia. Mr. Raghunadh is dealing with all matters related with purchasing, from coordinating with our technical office team, to maintaining a wide network of suppliers, cost controlling, and import and export procedures.
